Weez Hyman
Owner
Weez attended the Universities of Wisconsin and Minnesota, where she studied Business Management. Her 30 years of Retail Management experience opened the door to becoming a self-made and successful Business Owner.
Weez purchased Tropical Tanning in 2006, and expanded to a full spa service in 2010. She's passionate about her business but even more spirited when it comes to being a "Mom" to her two bulldogs; Dozer and Bentley as well as Rocky a Blue merle Pomeranian and Jr. a Toy Fox Terrier. When the boys are not keeping her busy she helps with SoCalBulldog Rescue.
Ashley Lopez - Spa Director
Esthetician and Massage Therapist
Ashley is both a Massage Therapist and Esthetician. She started her journey in 2011 at Milan Institute where she graduated with a degree in Cosmetology with 1600 hours. Since then, her passion for helping people feel and look good has only gotten stronger.
In 2014, she Graduated from Milan Institute as a Massage Therapist with 750 hours and in 2016 she continued to advance her education in Esthetics at International School of Beauty with 650 hours. In October 2015 Ashley added certified eyelash technician to her list of many skills. She was born and raised in the Coachella Valley. In her spare time, Ashley loves spending time with her dogs, Skyla and Tyson.
Elliet Rizzo
Cosmetologist
Elliet graduated from Champion Institute of cosmetology where she earned her cosmetology license. She is an ordained minister and is becoming active in the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce and in the Coachella Valley History Museum.
Elliot loves to be creative and takes time from her schedule to create artwork jewelry and other crafts. However, even with her busy schedule she maintains her ability to help people feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Jodi White
Lead Esthetician
Jodi graduated from International School of Beauty and earned her California State License in 2008. She Has worked at Desert Zen Day Spa since then and has developed a passion for skin care education and client relaxation techniques.
Jodi also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education and Wellness from Illinois State University, which added to her Knowledge in Esthetics.
Jackie Estrada
Lead Massage Therapist
Jackie Graduated in 2012 from Kaplan College with 720 hours of studies. She is originally from Orange County. Jackie is "Mom" to a dog named Chooch and a cat named Button. She enjoys what she does and looks forward to helping you.
