Our eyelash extensions are pre-curled and will keep their shape and natural look permanently. They differ from other extensions in that each lash is coated with a unique solution to add a micro-texture for better adhesion.
Q & A About Eyelash Enhancements
Will the eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. Eyelash extensions are applied with a premium-quality adhesive that dries soft on lashes, allowing the extensions to stay flexible and bouncy like natural lashes. When applied with the proper technique, eyelash extensions will not damage or cause your natural lashes to fall out.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
With proper care, lashes can last 4 to 6 weeks. This staying power comes from advanced technology—a specially formulated adhesive for a strong bond and precise application techniques for a flawless look.
Is the application painful?
Absolutely not! The eyelash enhancement procedure is comfortable and relaxing. Most clients even fall asleep during the session.
Can I apply mascara to eyelash extensions?
You may find using mascara with your new eyelash extensions unnecessary. Never use mascara remover directly on your eyelash extensions, though, as it will wear them down and cause premature falloff.
Maintain Your Eyelashes With Minimal Care
- Do not use oily products, mascara remover, lash curlers, lash perms, or waterproof mascara on your eyelash extensions.
- Natural skin oils, rubbing, scratching, and pulling lashes will shorten the life of your extensions.
- Your natural lashes have an approximate 100-day lifespan. When one falls out, it is replaced with the growth of a new eyelash. A re-lash is recommended to maintain your new beautiful lashes.
How to Prepare for Your Eyelash Enhancement?
Do:
- Shower before your appointment. Eliminating any unnecessary contact with water or steam within the first 48 hours will ensure that the bond between the semi-permanent and natural lashes has enough time to set properly.
- Remove your contacts. Your eyes will be closed during the application of your eyelash extensions. To avoid any discomfort, it is always suggested that contacts be removed to allow eyes to be comfortable in a natural and rested state.
Don't:
- Wear makeup. Makeup products worn close to the eye must be removed before the eyelash enhancement. Coming to your appointment with a clean face will save time and eliminate the need for your lash stylist to remove your eye makeup.
- Apply face creams or sunblock to the eye area. The oils within many moisturizers and sunblocks can prevent the eyelash glue from properly adhering to your natural lashes, dramatically reducing the longevity of your eyelash extension.
- Wear mascara. Lashes must be fresh and clean before receiving eyelash extensions.
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to receive your full spa service.
Cancellation policy
- You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
- If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
